PROFILE SCREENING

Profile Completeness & General Screening

The first step in the screening process is a comprehensive overview of a candidate’s submitted profile by an Oliv Success Manager. Profiles are reviewed for completeness based on their personal statements, work & qualifications listed, profile photo quality and video.

DEMOGRAPHIC SCREENING

Age, Education & Visa

We filter and verify for demographic data, making sure the candidate is educated, part of the youth segment, and has less than three years of experience. We also make sure all registrants are under parent, student or spouse visas; and only accept 10% of candidates on a visit/employment visa who have exceptional profiles.

INTERVIEW SCREENING

Language, Personality & Communication

Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently, bonus points for bilingual and trilingual speakers. We also dive into the inner depths of personality traits, looking for passionate and driven individuals who are hands-on and fully engaged in building their career.
